Error Nuker is a program renowned for its simplicity. Due to this feature, it is also one of the most popular.
The interface to Error Nuker definitely has user-friendliness in mind. While there are 5 different areas to choose
from, only 4 of them provide options and functionality.
Error Nuker will search through your computer's registry in
order to clean up various entries. Specifically it will scan application paths, uninstall info, help files, file
extensions, font files, most recently used files, shared DLLs, shared folders, startup programs, and shortcuts.
What stood out for us with the Error Nuker software was the automatic updates. Most software (even the top rated
ones) will email you and tell you when a new version of the software is available to upgrade for free. Once Error
Nuker has completed its scanning, the entire results of the scan is displayed and you have the option of choosing
to remove all the invalid entries or pick a few you think might be necessary for removal. Once you have chosen to
delete , Error Nuker automatically backs up the items that you have chosen to delete.
Error Nuker will install itself onto your hard drive, and give you the option of creating a desktop short-cut.
No special knowledge is required to install this software. Error Nuker comes packed with a number of other features
also including a backup and restore feature. This is a common feature of many registry repair programs.
